Direction to Kimchi School:
Take 470 bus from Insadong 1(il)-ga bus stop to Susaek Station bus stop.
You can check the route map at the bus stop to see you wait at the right bus stop.
At Susaek Station bus stop, wait for 7728 bus and boarded to Deokgeun-dong bus stop.
Opposite of Deokgeun-dong bus stop, there is Jungang-ro 54beon-gil road signage.
Walked straight ahead within 5 minutes, then the school is on your right.
You'll see KimChi School and Jungang-ro 62beon-gil road signage in front of you.
Direction to go back to Seoul:
Go to the bus stop in front of KimChi School.
Take 7728 bus to Susaek Station and 470 bus to Insadong.
(You can use 470 bus to go to Gangnam area and 7728 bus to Hongdae area)

Our journey began from Insadong 1(il)-ga bus stop. Thanks to this ahjusshi who was friendly and spoke English with us when we tried to identify which bus stop should we take to Goyang-si. He asked about our stay and we suddenly talked a lot of things which to me is a very fun conversation. From there, we took 470 bus to Digital Media Station bus stop. Actually I tried the 1st option on my itinerary list to Kimchi School but failed. (Supposedly, we should stop at Susaek station because from there you can take 7728 bus directly to Deokgeun-dong bus stop).
Aigoo.. It was raining the whole Sunday, and we even took the wrong bus from that station and went to Daedeok-dong *laugh* There was a military base camp nearby the last bus stop using the route by 750A bus. I thought of riding the taxi instead, but my instinct told me to go back to Susaek station and take the 2nd option route I surfed from the Internet.
So we boarded 7728 bus to Deokgeun-dong bus stop. I know that we're in correct track as I saw Jungang-ro 54-beon-gil road signage on the opposite street from the bus stop. Just walked straight within 5 minutes, and we saw there was a Kimchi School signage and also stated Jungang-ro 62beon-gil road signage.
For your info, Kimchi School often received tourists visit from travel agent company and that's why we can see a lot of busses parked in front of the entrance. I introduced myself and asked whether we also can join the kimchi making class even though we're only 4 people. They warmly welcome us and booked a room for us so that we can join too. The fee is 10000 won per person. Actually they're amazed and happy because usually no one came here without the tour agent. I told them that I went to this school last April by my tour agent, so this time I would like to check the location myself since my mom really loves the seaweed and kimchi from this school. I meant by A LOT! *laugh*
We're introduced by a female teacher, Ms Vincci. The session began with the introduction story of kimchi history, then making kimchi, tasting different types of kimchi, tasting few type of seaweed and viewing the making fresh seaweed process.
At the end of the session, the teacher will gave an order form and we gladly filled in how many kimchi/seaweed that we wanted to bring home. After that, the teacher will let us try the hanbok experience and she gave the form to the order counter. Then she brought the bag to us and we took a picture together. It's really nice to experience it once again ^^ When we went out from the school, it's still raining *sigh* We had to cancel our next stop to Hangang and pushed the schedule for tomorrow morning.
